Al Molnar

A veteran businessman and entrepreneur Al is Chief Revenue Officer at M3 Sports. Al is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the agency. After graduating with honors, from Lethbridge College in 1989 in the Communication Arts program as a journalist and PR Practitioner, Molnar started in the media business at the Calgary Sun in 1991 as an account executive. From there Al moved to Lethbridge at CKRX radio, CTV Lethbridge, CTV Network Calgary and finally the Calgary Flames and Hitmen Hockey Clubs as Director of Marketing and Business Development for 8 years. He later served as Vice President of the Calgary Olympic Development Association (CODA) for 1 year and President of Northstar Sports & Entertainment for 16 years. A Calgary based sponsorship and production company.

In his spare time, Al has been buying and selling land and developing projects in Costa Rica since 2013. He currently sits as a director of the board in an international association with real estate agents, developers and bankers in Costa Rica and develops multiple condominium complexes and houses in the Pacific coast region of Costa Rica. Al has two grown kids and likes to stay active in his spare time. He has also volunteered as President of the Calgary Redbirds Baseball Club and Vice President of the Midnapore Minor Hockey Association.


Corinne Wilkinson

Corinne Wilkinson is the Vice President of Operations at M3 Sports. The team at M3 refer to Corinne as the “Glue”. She has spent the better part of her career in the tourism industry regionally and nationally, complemented with teaching at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. Corinne’s experience spans tourism product development, marketing, communications, sponsorship, media, fundraising, event planning, and her favourite role —collaboration. Following senior positions in the tourism industry, Corinne opened her own business, White Hat Hospitality, with clients ranging from municipal and provincial destination marketing organizations, large scale festivals and events, Alberta tourist attractions, and currently the Seven Chiefs Sportsplex & Chief Jim Starlight Centre on the beautiful Tsuut’ina Nation.

She is a proud and active member of Rotary, volunteers regularly with Habitat for Humanity around the world, Calgary Food Bank, Air Canada’s Dreams Take Flight, and other volunteer roles with a special passion when kids are involved.


Tess Adams

Tess Adams is the Director of Sponsorship Sales for M3 sports. Tess grew up in Calgary playing hockey and pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in the United States while playing hockey and golf in the NCAA. Coming back home, Tess knew she wanted to continue to be involved in sports and found a perfect fit at M3 Sports. Tess continues to coach hockey and pass on her knowledge to the kids in Calgary. She has a strong passion for the business side of the industry and seeing success with all our clients.
